Reader Positions
Readers grade homework in undergraduate classes and may hold an
appointment as a Reader for a maximum of 19 hours a week. Assignments
are awarded according to experience. Applications are accepted
throughout the year for Reader positions to grade mathematics homework
in lower division courses. If you are interested in applying, please
download and print the application or pick-up an application form from
Student Services in Math Sciences Building 1130. Applications are kept
on record for one year. Completed applications should be submitted to:

Applications are considered for one academic year and are
not used for summer sessions.

Requirements for Reader Positions
- You must be a registered full-time student on the Davis campus.
- Your overall GPA must be 3.0 or higher.
- Your GPA for Math courses must be 3.0 or higher.
- You must have taken the course for which you will be
a reader, and received a grade of "B" or better.
Pay Rates

| Graduate readers: | $11.93/hour |
